Second floor, front of the house: 1 bedroom (king size bed) & 2 bathrooms (walk-in shower & shower/tub combo), large lanai (500 sf with outdoor furniture and gas BBQ), full kitchen with granite counter tops, breakfast bar, living/dining area with 2 new sofas, one being a sofa sleeper & dining room table seating up to 8 guests, I-Pod deck, espresso machine, safe in the bedroom closet... Up to 4 guests. |
